MICA Consulting Group is pleased to announce that Jen Faucon and Sally McFall have joined the firm as Partner. Jen and Sally are responsible for helping MICA continue to grow its recruiting function, focusing on developing strategic partnerships with CMOs and ad agencies across the US and assisting them in building high performing marketing teams.

Jen Faucon comes to MICA with over 25 years of experience from a diverse range of companies. While serving in senior-level roles at McCann Worldgroup, BBDO Proximity, and iProspect, Jen led a variety of global powerhouse brands through the digital revolution, including General Motors, Visa, Microsoft, MasterCard, Nestle, UPS and The Estee Lauder Companies. Her experience includes 10 years working in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Additionally, Jen has led technology startups, serving as Chief Marketing Officer at SendItLater and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Codelattice. Now at MICA, she applies her deep understanding of marketing and business development to staff effective teams that make a measurable impact.

Sally McFall has over 15 years’ experience in corporate and agency-side marketing — life sciences, consumer, B2B, professional services and retail. Sally developed an ingrained and intuitive marketing expertise that consistently contributed to the growth and success of organizations across a range of industries. In addition to Fortune 500, Fortune Global 500, and Global Innovation 1000 companies, she has worked with growing companies and startups. Annual marketing budgets ranged from $400k to $3.8 million, and marketing initiatives included corporate and product brand development, product launches and re-launches, and integrated communications campaign development. Sally’s most recent marketing communications experience focused on life sciences, and included pharmaceutical, biotechnology, rare disease and gene therapy.
Sally added, “I am excited to bring my diverse, first-hand marketing experience to MICA, and look forward to partnering with our clients to strategically build their marketing teams with uniquely-qualified talent.”
