Whether filling a new job or replacing a long-time employee, articulating the duties, scope, goals and results needed now and for the future is a critical step. Equally important to achieving an outstanding placement is our ability to understand your company, its organizational structure and its corporate culture. The Chief Marketing Officers in a financial services company, pharmaceutical company, advertising agency and nonprofit may all have the same duties, but the background and personality needed to fit and succeed in each organization differs. Then, of course, no two financial services, pharmaceutical companies, ad agencies or non-profits are exactly alike, either.

Filling the job

Making it easy, (or at least easier) for the client

Many consulting and recruiting firms talk about partnering with clients, but we actually do it. We are integral players of your in-house recruiting team. By sharing the effort, we share the workload and the responsibility. Our goal is to make recruiting Marketing, Interactive, Creative and Advertising professionals as successful, effective and easy as possible. Often times our clients appreciate that we can be there in person to facilitate the interviews and make the introduction. We do what it takes to make the placement process as efficient and effective as you want it to be. After the candidate becomes the employee, we follow up to find out how the placement is working, both for the candidate and the company. It is all part of the partnership.
